Additional conditions

• The price listed above is a net price, with 10% service charge and 7% VAT included.
• Breakfast for 2 included
• Maximum of 1 additional guest per room, with an extra charge of 1,500 baht (breakfast included)
• The price offer cannot be combined with any other promotion or package.
• The price listed above is valid for bookings made during 1 July-20 December 2020.
• The price listed above is valid for stays during 17 September -20 December 2020.

Conditions for children:

• Children under 12 may be accompanied by one parent staying in the same room. 50% of the full price will be charged.
• Up to 2 children aged 0-3 may stay in the same room as the parents free of charge.
• Children aged 12 and over are charged full price.

Cancellation conditions

• Advance cancellations made 8 days before the stay are free of charge.
• Advance cancellations made 3-7 days before the stay will incur a 50% cancellation charge.
• Advance cancellations made 0-2 days before the stay will incur 100% cancellation charge.
